Singing bowls have become a regular part of each session for clients. The vagus nerve will begin to match sound waves made by the bowls, allowing the nervous system to regulate just by listening. Clients say that it also slows down the spinning mind as they listen for the next bowl to be tapped or rimmed. Below are two recordings to use on your own.
